2014. WFF-WBBF ASKED CERTAIN BASIC JURIDICAL QUESTIONS. NO ANSWER.

WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL INVITED BY INTERNATIONAL NON-OLYMPIC COMMITTEE.

At the very end of December 2013 the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)   International was invited by he International Non-Olympic Committee – INOC. The INOC invites Application from IFs- International Sports Federations (Non-Olympic Sports) to become Member of World second largest sports organization after Olympic.

COMMITTEE ASKS MONEY BUT GIVES NO  JURIDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT ITSELF.

The INOC starts collaboration asking to pay them money... Registered in India  INOC seems to us not a very open to public juridical structure.

WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL.

WFF-WBBF International is the officially registered International No Profit Sport Organization. Sterted it‘s activities nearly 50 years ago the WFF-WBBF International today unites National organizations from 115 countries representing all Continents. WFF-WBBF International organizes over 60 anual International Events World Wide.

Represented by the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the WFF-WBBF International started juridic and financial dialogue and discussion with the INOC.

After asking to present us the juridical registration documentation, the INOC could show us only it‘s Internet Page, nothing more. Then the WFF-WBBF International asked the juridical documents again and received no answer. It seems, we are on the right way...

Though having no expectations, the WFF-WBBF International again asked the INOC to present the documents:

Dear friends in sport,

For the very start we would like to know some juridical matters:

1.     Where and when the INOC was registered by Law (the Registration Certificate, No., Date, Place etc). Will You be so kind to present us the juridical INOC Registration Certificate.

2.     What is the juridical background of the INOC activities (the Constitution registered by Law). Will You be so kind to present us the REGISTERED CONSTITUTION OF THE IONC. We see it only in Your Internet page. Unfortunatelly there are even respected International Sport Organizations which present one Constitution in Internet (not registered by Law) and in real they act according another one hidden from public (for example the IFBB, International Federation of Body Builders). We want to know what juridical status has the INOC in real.
