Today wo would like to mention one of the Legendary Lithuania Bodybuilding Trainer ALGIMANTAS ALEKSANDRAVICIUS (Algimantas Aleksandravičius).

The WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  Federation remembers all most important National and International Bodybuilding Leaders, Organizers and Athletes.

During the life ALGIMANTAS ALEKSANDRAVICIUSwas the trainer of a number of the Champions of the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest – the «Amber Prix International“ (1968-2014).

Today ALGIMANTAS ALEKSANDRAVICIUSis a famous Lithuania photograph who was many times highly evaluated by variuos International Awards.

ALGIMANTAS ALEKSANDRAVICIUS speaks: “Bodybuilding is not the team sport, but it is the sport of the individuals. If you are lazy to work hard, then You will never achieve results. The results are seen plainly in front of a mirror. Have a look!

Bodybuilding is the sport for the Kings: You do what You want to do, if not – You do not do it. Bodybuilding educates our inner power, makes us stronger. In team sport the result is common. In individual sports like bodybuilding the result is individual. You can not work hard but then there will be no results”.
