Today the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International unites 138 Country – Members and organizes nearly 60 annual Amateur and Professional International Events World Wide. Looking from the juridical point of view the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. International is no doubt the Real World Bodybuilding Leader.
Crowning it‘s 50 years of International Bodybuilding activities, the W.F.F. – W.B.B.F. works on the Unique Global International Bodybuilding Project - the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ («Энциклопедия всемирного культуризма», “Pasaulio kultūrizmo enciklopedija”).
VALDAS ALIUBAVICIUS
Lithuania sculpturer and a representative of the „Vilnius Bodybuilding School“ VALDAS ALIUBAVICIUS (Valdas, Valdemaras Aliubavichus, 1942 – 2003) participated at bodybuilding contests since 1968 until 1972. He was a Lithuania National Champion of the 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1971. In 1969 at the „Siberia Cup“ («Первенство Сибири») in Russia Tiumen City VALDAS ALIUBAVICIUS became the Junior Over All Winner. Representing the U.S.S.R. in the same year in Warszawa (Democratic Republic of Poland) at the International „Warszawa - 69“ contest he was a Category Champion. In 1969 he was the Champion of the International Contest in Palanga (Lithuania) and a Category Champion at the second „Amber Prix International“. In 1971 and in 1972 VALDAS ALIUBAVICIUS became the Winner at the „Georg Tenno Memorial“ in Estonia. Also in 1971 and in 1972 he was a Category Winnet at the U.S.S.R. Championships in Sverdlovsk (Russia).
