AFTER INVITED BY INTERNATIONAL NON-OLYMPIC COMMITTEE WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL STOPS DISCUSSION WITH INOC.
At the very end of December 2013 the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International was invited by he International Non-Olympic Committee (INOC) to join it. The INOC invited the WFF-WBBF International through the Application from IFs- International Sports Federations (Non-Olympic Sports) to become a Member of the World second largest sports organization after Olympic (as INOC declares).
COMMITTEE ASKS MONEY BUT GIVES NO JURIDICAL INFORMATION ABOUT ITSELF.
The INOC starts collaboration with the WFF-WBBF International asking to pay them money... Registered in India INOC seems to be not a very open to public juridical structure. During a month lasting negotiations the WFF-WBBF still can not get the plain definite answer about the legal juridical status of the INOC. What is it in real?
According the Juridical Registration the WFF-WBBF International is the officially registered International No Profit Sport Organization. Started it‘s activities nearly 50 years ago the WFF-WBBF International today unites National Organizations from 115 Countries which representing all Continents. At the same time WFF-WBBF International organizes over 60 anual International Events World Wide.
Represented by the International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the WFF-WBBF International started juridic and financial dialogue and discussion with the INOC.
It is a rule that such a collaboration between juridical subjects needs presentation of the basic juridical documents: Registration Certificate and Registered Constitution (Statute) of all participating partners.
After asking to present the juridical registration documents, the INOC could show us only it‘s Internet Page, nothing more. We know, that Internet Information is not a Juridical Dodument. Internet information may be changed every five minutes. Then the WFF-WBBF International asked the INOC juridical documents again and again received no definite answer. It seems, learning the truth we are on the right way... Something is wrong with the INOC Official Legal Juridical Status.
Though having no expectations, the WFF-WBBF International again asked the INOC to present the documents:

Dear friends in sport,
For the very start we would like to know some juridical matters:
1. Where and when the INOC was registered by Law (the Registration Certificate, No., Date, Place etc). Will You be so kind to present us the juridical INOC Registration Certificate.
2. What is the juridical background of the INOC activities (the Constitution registered by Law). Will You be so kind to present us the REGISTERED CONSTITUTION OF THE INOC. We see it only in Your Internet page. Unfortunatelly there are even respected International Sport Organizations which present one Constitution in Internet (not registered by Law) and in real they act according another one hidden from public (for example the IFBB, International Federation of Body Builders). We want to know what juridical status has the INOC in real.
DSc. Edmundas Daubaras
President WFF-WBBF International“.
STILL NO DEFINITE ANSWER. INOC - WHAT IS IT IN REAL?
The INOC answered, that being registered in India, according the India Law it does not require registered Constitution. WFF-WBBF insists on the clearing the matter:

Sorry for the delay as I am still on travel, today in Vienna (Austria).
During fifty years of our International work we communicated to collaborate with many various level International Organizations. It seems to us that many of those Organizations are not legal even by the Law of the Countries they are somehow registered. Mostly that are “groups of friends gathered together to achieve certain purposes” (arranging International events or other activities). Only few International Organizations register themselves as it should be under the requirements of Law. And again often even this is not enough.
Many of the so called “International Organizations” use to register their name and logo in the Country they are based and announce themselves as “International Organization”. Presenting themselves “non profit social sport organizations” many of these “International Organizations” are Private Commercial Companies by their registered Constitutions. That is why we think the Juridical Registration is the basic thing to learn the truth about any International Organization.
So, what is the registered Legal Status of the INOC?
All other things in Internet Pages or anywhere else are secondary to this one.

WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL STOPS DISCUSSION WITH INOC.
After a month lasitng discussion with the INOC Heads and having no definite answer to the juridical questions given to the INOC, the WFF-WBBF International stops further communication as we do not know the essence of this International Organization. It seems that along with the beautiful declarations in Internat the INOC hides important juridical files from public.
