HIGH EVALUATION OF WORK DONE.

In May 2015 the President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS visited Vilnius State University – the oldest one in the East Europe (started in 1578). At this University EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS studied at the Faculties of Law and Filology and received two specialities -  the Speciality Philology (1977) and another one of Lower (1983).

In 2013 after the evaluation of the International work done by the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Lvov City Stavropigion University  (started  it‘s history in 1788) presented  EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS the Honorable Academic „University Science Doctor‘s“ Degree (Doctor Honoris Causa, Doctor of Sciences, DSc).

And this is the Highest Academic Degree and this is already the actual International Bodybuilding Sport HISTORY. Also it is the unique happening - today EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  is the only one Doctor of Bodybuilding Sciences.

At the Lvov City Stavropigion University  Honour Ceremony were present many High Representatives of Science, among them the Rector Lvov Stavropigion University, Vice President UNESCO Programm Centre Professor JAROSLAV KMIT (Ярослав Кмiт), the Rector Moscow University and Academic of the International Academy of Euroasia, Academic Science Academy High Scools Ukraine,  Professor VIKTOR IDZIO (Вiктор Iдзьо).

WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) history started fivety years ago with the World‘s Oldest Traditional International Bodybuilding Contests „Amber Prix International“.

We have been working much and achieved good positive results in 2014 again. I would like to underline tremendous work done by the WFF-WBBF  International VIP Officials Stefan Hrcka (Slovakia) and Aleksandr Nevsky, a famous Hollywood Actor and Producer called “Russia Schwarzenegger”, International Vice Presidents Andrej Basov and Mikhail Dyakonov (both Russia), Continental Presidents Ali Reza Rasa (Iran), Vladimir Kurilcik (Belarus)  and Ruben Pibe Rodriguez (Paraguay).
Today the WFF-WBBF unites National Organizations from 119 Countries that represent all Continents.
In 2014 WFF-WBBF International organized over 60 various level competitions in various Countries. Among them the 46-th World’s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest “Amber Prix International” (Kaunas, Lithuania, 1968-2014). Great importance was of the World Amateur Championship and World Professional Championship “Amber Prix OLYMPIA” (Brusno Kupele Resort, Slovakia), Europe Am Championship (Estonia)  and World Am and Pro Cup (Lithuania).
Ending the year the WFF-WBBF International goes on working on the Unique Global Bodybuilding Project - „Encyclopedia of World‘s Modern Bodybuilding“ («Энциклопедия современного мирового культуризма»). That has been never done before by anyone else.
Both WFF-International and WBBF-International still are the only ones World Wide Officially Registered and really working International Non Profit Sport Organizations (Bodybuilding and Fitness).
New ideas and tremendous work done for the International sport make the WFF and WBBF to be the today’s International Leaders in Bodybuilding and Fitness World Wide. Other International Sport Organizations evaluate our work and copy us. That means the WFF-WBBF International is on the right way.
The WFF and WBBF do not live yesterday’s life. We have lots of new Global Bodybuilding Projects ahead. Various things happen – good and bad. We work, we make mistakes, we do our best not to make the mistakes again. But if we will go on working on the positive note – all is possible for the sport we all love.

WORLD BODYBUILDING REVUE. ARTICLE. THE START.
During the life nearly everybody somehow is connected with Bodybuilding and Fitness.
Being the World‘s Leader of the Official Sport of Bodybuilding and Fitness the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation is working over the „World Bodybuilding Encyclopedia“ and prepares the historical Article - Revue of the World‘s Bodybuilding Sport.

The International Bodybuilding Organizations and the Countries that were and still are really important for the Official International Bodybuilding Sport will be covered in this Article. You know that many of so called „International Federations“ just fool the public as they are not official by Law and play no role for the Official Sport in real.

CZECH AND SLOVAK BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.
Working on the above mentioned materials the WFF-WBBF International prepares analytical revue of the bodybuilding sport in Czech and Slovak Republics. The revue includes the history of bodybuilding in both Countries (former Czechoslovakia), most important sportsmen and sport organizers of all times.

Few or us know that at the definite period of time Czechoslovakia bodybuilding has played such a very important role for the International Sport. We will cover the history and we will tell this strory.
The similar historic revues are already done about the bodybuilding sport in USA, UK, France, Scandinavia Countries, Belgium, India, Iran, Argentina, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine and Estonia. Still remaining only a few Countries.

PERIODS OF BODYBUILDING IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA.

Last Century for a long time the World was divided by the „Iron Wall“ in two parts: the Socialist and the Capitalist. For political reasons the Bodybuilding Sport was prohibited and prosecuted in all Socialist Countries. Effected by the occasionally from the Western World received  Bodybuilding Magazines the Bodybuilding Sport in Socialist Countries went their own original way.

Quite a long time the only one traditional regular International Bodybuilding Contest of all the Socialist World was the famous historical „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis prizas“, „Янтарный приз“, 1968-2014). Today all know that during the long years of the Bodybuilding Sport prohibition and prosecution the „Amber Prix International“ was the uofficial Bodybuilding Championship of the USSR (Union of the Soviet Sociqalist Republics). Later on the USSR Sport Ministry („Goskomsport“) officially accepted this fact and started presenteing prestigeous „USSR Sport Master“ degrees for the „Amber Prix International“ Champions. In real due to the number and the level of the participating Countries and Competitors the „Amber Prix International“ was the unofficial World Championship of the Socialist Countries.

Czechoslovakia Bodybuilding as it was in all Socialist Countries can be divided in three periods:

-          First period until 1975. Then due to the initiative of the President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation VOTECH FIALA this Federation joined the International Sport Society and get political permittion to participate at the private IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Commercial Company World and Europe Championships. For a long time the Czechoslovakia was the only one Socialsit Country which had this unique permittion. No one other Socialist Country could do the same for a long time.

-          Second period until 1988, when Bodybuilding Sport was under severe prosecution in the Socialist Countries

-          Third period after 1991, when the National Bodybuilding Organizations of all Socialist Countries felt real freedom to join the International Bodybuilding Sport Society.

We will speak about each period individually.

THE BEGINNING.

The history of the Czechoslovakia Bodybuilding starts in 1967. Then the first Czechoslovakia Bodybuilder JURAJ VISNY was known  after a number of sucessfull contests on International Level.

CZECHOSLOVAKIA MOVES AS A  ROCKET.

In 1975 for two months DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  was working in Prague. Remember - it was the time when for political reasons Bodybuilding in all Socialist Countries was prohibited and prosecuted. Being afrayed nobody of the Sport Leaders in the Socialist Countries dared to do anything to develop Bodybuilding (more information and documents about this are published in various languages in the International Magazines „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ («Спортивный фитнес и культуризм») and on the International Web Site www.wff.lt, read Articles on the main page and forum topics „World Bodybuilding History. How it was in real“ and „Various International Organizations“).

1975 was the unique year for Czechoslovakia bodybuilders. Then the  President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation was VOJTECH FIALA.  Due to VOJTECH FIALA personal efforts and personal relations with the Government Czechoslovakia and a number of International Organizations Czechoslovakia Federation got the unique political permittion to participate at the Competitions of the „Western World“. That were the Contests organized by the Owner and the President of Commercial IFBB Company BEN WEIDER. This was the unbelievable Winning of all Socialist bodybuilders as for nearly two next decades no other National Federation af any Socialist Countiries could participate in the „Western World“, but Czechoslovakia.

After meeting the President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation VOJTECH FIALA  in 1975 DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  could not only watch but he could even to participate at the very important International Bodybuilding Events as well. Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS was invited as a VIP Guest to participate at two Meetings of the Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation Executive Council in Brno. Another Czechoslovakia Bodybuilding Leader Professor FRANTISEK BULVA  was present at the above mentioned Meetings too. Among other guestions the matter of the relations with the USSR Bodybuilding was discussed over. In order to continue the relations the Executive Council appointed IVAN MACH to be responsible for the USSR matters (later Ivan Mach became the President of the Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation).

Under the initiative of the President VOJTECH FIALA  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS again as a VIP Guest attended the Camp of the National Bodybuilding Team of Czechoslovakia. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  personally met and spoke with the Czechoslovakia Team Leaders PETR STACH, PETR TLAPAK, ALOIS PEK  and a number of other Bodybuilders and National Trainers. In 1975 PETR STACH  was the first historical representative of the Socialist World who became Europe Bodybuilding Champion. Then in Sweden Czechoslovakia Bodybuilders was a shok for the „Western“ representatives as they demnostrated them a beautiful complex individual routines. Until this routine compositions of the „Western“ Bodybuilders vere plain and often primitive.

SOCIALIST COUNTRIES BODYBUILDING LITERATURE.

Through the time of the prohibition of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries nobody even dreamed about the bodybuilding literature. The exception was in Czechoslovakia Bratislava issued  „Trener“ Magazine (in nineties a German DDR Weight Lifting Magazine started to publish some information too). During this time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  used to give articles and contest information for these Magazines. Also for BEN WEIDER‘S „Flex“ magazine. All magazines used to publishe the DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS given materials. First of all it was information from the World‘s Oldest Traditional Bodybuilding Contest, the only one anual International Bodybuilding Event in all Socialist Counties, the „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2014). The Czechoslovakia „Trener“ Magazines were published by JOZEF MAZAK and later by MILAN PERDOCH.

ONE MORE STEP AGAINST COMMUNIST REGIME.

The first great victory against the political Communist Regime during the time of  prohibition and prosecution of bodybuilding sport in the Socialist Countries was achieved in 1977 by personal efforts and personal risk of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Then the USSR political power gave him the unique exceptional permittion to organize anual bodybuilding  contest „Amber Prix International“ in Klaipeda, Lithuania.

That were the exact activities and actions of the President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS which during his  Official Visit to the Vatican Administration were named by the Vatican Congregat Prefect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO  as the „dissident“ actions against the political Communist Regime (2011).

For this work done the Vatican Congregat Perfect J. Em. JOZEF KARDINAL TOMKO presented the Vatican Pontific Medal (Medaglia Ufficiale di Pontificato di Sua Santita Benedetto XVI) to the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  (Headquarters State Vatican, Cita del Vaticano, March 29, 2011). More information and documents about all these matters are published in various languages in the International Magazines „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“ («Спортивный фитнес и культуризм») and on the International Web Site www.wff.lt, read Articles on the main page and forum topics „World Bodybuilding History. How it was in real“ and „Various International Organizations“.

In 1977 already for the second time in a row DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  went to work in Czechoslovakia for two months again. After the first real political victory to organize „Amber Prix International“ was achieved,  DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went to Prague with another unbelievable brave International idea that did not corresponded with the political Communist Regime again. During the time of bodybuilding prohibition DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS set a plan to organize International Bodybuilding Competition between USSR and Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Teams. Thet was the unbelievable fantastic idea. First the contest should be organized in Klaipeda (Lithuania) and after in Prague. The USSR and Lithuania Sport Stuff did not support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS. Even more, they wanted to stop and thretenned him. But the big wish of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS to do good for the bodybuilding sport was very big and he dared to go on.

Then in Prague were organized a number of mutual meetings of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  and the President Czechoslovakia National Bodybuilding Federation VOJTECH FIALA  and his assistant IVAN MACH. After this all of them met the Chairman of the Ministry Sport Czechoslovakia. During these meetings were set and spoken all details to fulfil the International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS idea.

It was very good that Czechoslovacs were positive towards DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS International plans as the Czechoslovakia bodybuilding was on the same way as the prohibited USSR and Lithuania sport. All of us had to behave brave in order to get the positive results in standing against the bodybuilding sport enemies we had to use not standard methods.

Nobody of the Bodybuilding Sport Leaders believed in success, but DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  won again. It was the second time DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  managed to make the Political Communist Regime Officials (not Sport officials who were afrayed to move!!!) to beleive of the necessity of the International Sport Cooperation between the Socialist Countries. In Bodybuilding as well. Especially it was about the Czechoslovakia Republic which was right after the 1968 unsuccessfull  anti – Communist Revolution.  The polititians a little changed DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  palns and suggested to organize the first International Bodybuilding Event in Czechoslovakia Prague and only after this in Klaipeda. But that was not so important . We won again!

Step by step DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS received for all top USSR Bodybuilders personal invitations to participate in Prague in 1978. The best bodybuilders of the USSR were the Lithuanian ones and that made DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  contest preparation work much easier. It seemed that it is the time to make the last finishing touches... Unfortunatelly some bad sides of the human being appeared – the envy. The USSR and Lithuania Bodybuilding Leaders who were afrayed to support DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  initiatives and works before, now they could not stand the success of the coming International Project. They wrote blackmailing letters to the Political Police. And their intriques and activites ruined the plans and all the hard work done went to zero. Later on the same USSR Bodybuilding Officials many times did the same „devils“work  - they offended and blackmailed their collegues. It happened during the first visits of the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER to the USSR (1974 and 1987). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champion OLEV ANNUS (Estonia, 1981). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS  and JURUJ GUSEV (Lithuania, 1980-1981). They organized International intriques  about the Over All „Amber Prix International“ Champions VIKTORAS JUCYS  and SAULIUS MISEVICIUS (Lithuania, 1988). End a number of more similar facts...

COMMUNIST POWER LETS BODYBUILDING LIFE TO BE MORE EASY.

As we have written before, after DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS efforts for Bodybuiding Sport the „Iron Wall“ was broken and the sport life became more easy.  The constant relations between Socialist Countries started to be regular. Still only the Czechoslovakia bodybuilders used to participate at the „Western“ contests and this was a very important example for other Countries to follow. Anyway the Socialist Countries always did their best to organize their own International Bodybuilding Events. In the nineties of the last Century the best USSR bodybuilders used to participate in Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary and German Democratic Republic (DDR).

During this time a famous top level bodybuilding trainer LUDEK NOSEK  organized the  regular traditional International Bodybuilding „Sandow“ Competitions in Czechoslovakia Marianske Lazne resort. Later LUDEK NOSEK was the President National Bodybuilding Federation of Czechoslovakia. Appointed by the Ministry Sport Lithuania (Minister Sport ZIGMAS MOTIEKAITIS) DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  several times led the National Team Lithuania to the „Sandow“ Contest. Among the participants were the best Soviet time sportsmen „Amber Prix International“ champions ROLANDAS BUCINSKAS, ZIGMAS PRALGAUSKAS, RIMONTAS MAZIONIS  and SAULIUS MISEVICIUS. It used to be that  right after the Marianske Lazne „Sandow“ Contest a number of International Bodybuilding Events were organized in other Czechoslovakia places. And Lithuanians participated at those competitions too.

IFBB ANTIDEMOCRATIC DICTATORSHIP.

Supported by the Ministry Sport Republic Lithuania DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS organized first Europe Championship in Lithuanian Klaipeda City in 1996. In Lithuania that was the first so high ranked International Bodybuildin Event ever. Also it was the first Official  International Event in Lithuania after the Country restored it‘s Independence in 1991. Then it was Czech organizer BOB DIVILEK who led the Czech National Team at this Event. Knowing so many years lasting DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS International work in Czechoslovakia, BOB DIVILEK invited Lithuania National Team to the International Bodybuilding Contest in the City of Zlin (1996).

DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS led the National Team to Czech that consisted of the National Champions ALGIRDAS KILCIAUSKAS, VYTAUTAS KINDURYS  and IDALIJA KAMINSKAITE. One of the Contest Judges at the Event was Professor KAREL TUCHACEK from Prague. Seeing the high status of the participating Lithuania Bodybuilders Professor KAREL TUCHACEK invited them to the soon coming International “Mega Pro” Contests in Prague and Brno Cities. Lithuanians agreed to remain in Czech and to continue participating further. Again among the numerous International participants Lithuanians took high places. Due to this the main “Mega Pro” Contest organizer and the former Europe Champion LIBOR MINARIK  invited Lithuania National Team to the same International Events in Pargue and Brno  next year (1997).

After back from „Mega Pro“ Lithuania Bodybuilders became very famous as Lithuania Press and National Television made numerous reports about their wins. Unfortunatelly not everybody liked this success...

After  received the official Invitation Lithuania National Bodybuilding Team led by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS went to Chech Contests again in 1997. Right before Lithuanians went on the Contest stage the National IFBB Lithuania President called to the Czech Organizer LIBOR MINARIK  and insisted he will not let Lithuanians participate at these Events. His reason was that the Lithuanians were representing another sport Federation but IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders). LIBOR MINARIK  told him that he ivited his old friends to Czech Competitions and he see no reason to forbid them participating. Again in 1997 Lithuanians took high places among all International Competitors. But that was not the end. Envying the wins of their natives the Lithuania IFBB leaders wrote a letter to the Owner and the President of the IFBB Commercial Company BEN WEIDER (Canada). BEN WEIDER told the Czech IFBB representatives that if they will alow Lithuanians participating again the Czech National  Team will be suspended for a long time from all IFBB Contests. This was the last important Lithuania International Bodybuilding wins in Czech Republic. After this no other Lithuanian won any important International Event in Czech Competitions again.

TIME PERIOD OF MARTIN KUTA.

EVEN ONE MAN CAN DO A LOT.

It seems that even one man can do a lot on International Level. A famous Czech businessman MARTIN KUTA was always a fitness sport fan. In 2005 MARTIN KUTA  addressed the WFF-WBBF International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS asking permittion to represent as the Chairman the WFF-WBBF Federation in Czech Republic and to organize anual WFF Fitness Professional World Championship in Prague. From 1999 MARTIN KUTA used to organize a fitness competition in Prague, but this contest had no official International Contest Status.

The initiative of MARTIN KUTA  was supported by the Major City Prague and by one of the Czech Socialdemocratic Party Leaders PETR HULINSKI. The WFF Pro World Championship Organizers took the responsibility to collect every year five hundred thousand Euro for the competition as the prize money for Pros, as the payment for luxuriuos transport, food and accomodation for the International Delegates. The WFF-WBBF International was responsible to collect the Best International Pro Fitness Competitors.

The common work started in 2006. Every year the Czech Organizers hired a famous historic barocco Zofrin Palace that was placed on the Vltava river island right in the centre of Prague City. The Major City Prague was personally present at every WFF Pro Event and all possible Czech Media was televising and covering the World Championship  as well. Every Event was crowned by a superious banquett where Czech VIP persons could communicate with the famous International Ahletes direct.

At the WFF contests in Prague worked a number of famous Czech bodybuilding personalities among which were PETR STACH  and Professor KAREL TUCHACEK.

Once it happened that a famous USA Pro Bodybuilder JUSTIN DEXTER after his win at the JOE WEIDER‘S „OLYMPIA“ was in Prague. Having no possibilities to honour the famous bodybuilder themselves the Czech IFBB Leaders asked the Czech National WFF-WBBF President MARTIN KUTA  to help them and to let JUSTIN DEXTER  stay at one of his hotels in Prague. The WFF-WBBF President agreed to help another friendly Federation. Why not?

During the mentioned period of time MARTIN KUTA led the WFF-WBBF Czech National Federation Delegates at the WFF-WBBF International Events in Austria, Poland, Germany and Lithuania. MARTIN KUTA  was among the International Delegates at the Official Meeting at the Parliament Republic Lithuania (2007, 2008) and at the International Press Conference at the Lithuania News Agency „ELTA“ (2008).

The nice initietive stopped when in 2010 MARTIN KUTA went to constant work to the USA. Nobody else in Czech Republic could replace MARTIN KUTA to continue the International activities he started once before.

WFF-WBBF LITHUANIA SETS THE 2014 PRO AND AM WORLD CUP IN KAUNAS CITY.

The WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International will hold a tremendous huge International Event in Lithuania Kaunas City on November 29,  2014.

After received the Kaunas City Municipal support  the WFF-WBBF Lithuania Official VYTAUTAS MIKUCKIS  addressed the WFF-WBBF   International Headquarters asking for the permittion to organize this Competition.

The planned International Event will be held at the historical tremendous historical spectacular „Kaunas Hale“  Palace.

PROS WILL COME FIRST TIME IN KAUNAS. AFTER SOME YEARS PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDERS IN LITHUANIA AGAIN.

The WFF-WBBF International Executive Council gave VYTAUTAS MIKUCKIS  the premittion to organize the mentioned World Professional and Amateur  Cup on November 29, 2014 in Lithuania Kaunas City.

That will be the first so high level Professional Bodybuilding Event ever held in Kaunas City.

Last time the WFF-WBBF Pro World Championship was held in Lithuania (Vilnius City) in 2008. Then the Pro World Winners were ANTONIO OSTA (Uruguay), LEONID FILATOV (Russia), IRINA STAVICKAJA (Russia) and JOLANTA MILERIUTE (Lithuania). All of them have high placings in the prestigeous WORLD BODYBUILDING RANKING LIST today.

CONTEST PREPARATION GOES ON.

On October 22, 2014  the meeting of the International President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and Members of the Great International Contest Organizing Committe in Kaunas City was held. The Organizers have already ordered 130 Cups and Medallions for the Winners of the Competition. The International President DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  inspected the venue of the competition, spoke on the necessary important details of the contest. The Organizers decided that the WFF-WBBF WORLD CUP  will be a traditional one and it will be organized in Kaunas City every year.

PARLIAMENT REPUBLIC LITHUANIA, MAJOR CITY KAUNAS AND NEWS AGENCY „ELTA“.

It is a tradition that before every Great International WFF-WBBF Event held in Lithuania the Chairmen WFF-WBBF International and a number of VIP Delegates are invited for the Official Meeting at the Parliament Republic Lithuania. Also on the same day the Offcial Meeting of the WFF-WBBF Delegates will be held  at the Headquarters Major City Kaunas. Also traditionally the International WFF-WBBF Press Conference will be held in Lithuania News Agency „ELTA“.

HIGHEST LEVEL WORLD BODYBUILDING RANKING LIST COMPETITION.

The 2014 WFF-WBBF World Cup in Lithuania represents Highest World International Contest Level and the results of the participating Competitors will be included to the Prestigeous WORLD BODYBUILDING RANKING LIST, Amateurs and Professionals.

UNIQUE GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL WORK OF WFF-WBBF.

As we were informing before, the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International and a number of it‘s partners starts the two unique huge International Sport Projects. Both Projects are supported and financed by the EU (European Union). The Projects will start in 2015 and last up to three years and cover the common Budget of nearly 2 500 000 Euro.

Today having the final documents in front of us, the WFF-WBBF International underlines the Partnets of the WFF-WBBF National Federations from Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Lithuania and a number of Partner-Companions of Sport Organizations from Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Slovenia, Czech and Turkey.

WFF-WBBF IN THE INTERNATIONAL SPORT PROJECT.

Working on the mentioned projects the WFF-WBBF   International Federation  has signed the preliminary documents with various sport organizations of the 12 EU Countries.

All partners together will work at the mentioned below two EU International Projects. The work goes on with full power now.

By the way, all other so called „International Organizations“ that represent Bodybuilding and Fitness can not do the same. The reason is clear as daylight – they have no Official Registration By Law. These „International Organizations“ (like IFBB, International Federation of Body Builders,  WABBA, World Amateur Body Building Association, NABBA, National Amateur Body Building Association and etc.) even ever do not try to develop our sport on the Official Level and they do not seek the Official Recognition of Bodybuilding and Fitness as Sport Discipline.

EU SUPPORTED AND FINACED PROJECTS. EU SUPPORTED PROJECTS – NOTHING NEW.

The WFF-WBBF  International started working with the EU Projects in 2009 first. That was the Healthy Fitness Project, which included Lithuania Klaipeda City children, pupils and students from the City Schools and Colledges. We did the Project, made Accounts and received the positive evaluation of the work done from the EU.

STEP BY STEP EU AIMS FOR TOTAL FITNESS.

From time to time the WFF-WBBF International gets various preposals of collaboration fron other different International Organizations. That were the GAISF before. Then the  International Non - Olympic Committee (INOC).

In April 2014 the WFF-WBBF International Headquarters received preposition to start working on two big International Total Fitness Projects under the sponsorship and supervision of the EU. These Projects will include 12 EU Countries and a number of other kind Partners and they will  aim to the same work that the WFF-WBBF International is doing for a long time every day  even without having normal financing. That are the edicational International Trainer‘s, Judges  and Sportsmen Seminars, Conferences, Congresses, International Sport Camps and healthy conditional Fitness and other kind of  International  Sport Events.

The WFF-WBBF agreed and right now started working on the mentioned International Projects which will cover the period of time from 2014 to 2017.

17 HOURS REPORTS ON EUROSPORT TELEVISION.

As all of us know thet the Fitness Sport started in 1927 in New York (USA) by a famous American BRONE DUBAR.

Historically the WFF-WBBF International activities bagan with the World‘s Oldest  Traditional „Amber Prix International“ („Gintarinis Prizas“, „Янтарный приз», 1968-2014)  Contests in Lithuania in 1968.

Later on while developing fitness sport on huge and wide International level, the WFF-WBBF  International Federation started it‘s activities with the popular International Competitions named „WFF World Grand Prix“ (1991-1997). In fact that were real first unoffricial World Fitness Championships in the World.

The first Official World Fitness Championship was held in 1998 in Lithuania Palanga Sea Resort. This extraordinary successfull International Event was led by the Chairman Organizing Committee the Minister of the State Reform and Municipal Affairs Republic Lithuania KESTUTIS SKREBYS (Kęstutis Skrebys). The World Championship collected over 200 Atheletes from over 30 Countries.

During the above mentioned period of time the WFF-International worked closely with „Eurosport“ television.

At that time the WFF federation had seventeen hours on „Eurosport“ for it‘s regular reports (you may see the detailed information on International Internet Page www.wff.lt, see „Articles“ on the main page and also read forum topics „International Bodybuilding and Fitness  Organizations“ and „World Bodybuilding History. Today working with large International Projects and among them the EU supported Projects as well, the WFF-WBBF International really aims to start working with the „Eurosport„ television again.

WORKING WITH EU PROJECTS WFF-WBBF INTERNATIONAL WILL REGISTER WFF-WBBF UNIVERSITY.

Some time ago the WFF-WBBF International was invited by the International Non-Olympic Committee – INOC. The INOC invites Application from IFs- International Sports Federations (Non-Olympic Sports) to become Member of World second largest sports organization after Olympic (IOC).

Today the WFF-WBBF International received invitation to join the activities of the INOU (International Non-Olympic University). INOU invites WFF-WBBF International to introduce their sport courses under INOU platform.

The main purpose of the collaboration is to develop sports and sports research community to drive right path and get recognized certification. INOU appreciates WFF-WBBF effort and require positive response for collaboration.

But the WFF-WBBF  International aims to set and register it‘s own International Public University of the same kind as the INOU one. The today‘s WFF-WBBF International work on the EU financed Projects goes together with the planned work. That will make the work much easy.

BASIC BACKGROUND.

Being the World‘s Bodybuilding Leader, today the WFF-WBBF (World Body Building Federation, World Fitness Federation) International unites National Organizations from 117 Countries, which represent all Continents. Every year WFF-WBBF International in various Countries holds over 60 International Amateur and Professional Events.

GENERAL ITEMS.

The idea to s tart to undeline Best World‘s Bodybuilders struck us many years ago. Known participating sportsmen get pionts which are added and calculated in the World Bodybuilding Ranking List (RL) year after a year.  Again as it is in our Global Project  of the WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA, starting with the Legendary EUGENE SANDOW the RL covers the period of time of 120 years.

TRADITIONAL CLASSIC INTERNATIONAL BODYBUILDING ORGANIZATIONS.

Again as it is in the WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA, the RL counts only the traditional classic International Bodybuilding Organizations from the year these organizations stated their first official activities: WFF-WBBF (World Body Building Federation, World Fitness Federation, since 1968), NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Association, since 1950), WABBA (World Amateur Body Building Association, since 1976), and IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders, since 1959).

RECOGNIZED CLASSIC TRADITIONAL CONTESTS ONLY.

In the RL we count only RECOGNIZED TRADITIONAL OFFICIAL COMPETITIONS: Amateur and Professional World and Continent Championships and the „Universe“ contest. As an exclusion to the mentioned above we count the results of the famous „Amber Prix International“ as for long time having no other possiblities  due to  political reasons  this contest  served as the World Amateur Championship of the Socialist Countries (see International Internet Site www.wff.lt, read in diferent languages articles and forum topics „International Bodybuilding Organizations“ and „World Bodybuilding History. How it was in real“).

For example, in the WORLD BODYBUILDING ENCYCLOPEDIA  and the RL we wanted to give real respect to a number of famous World Class Bodybuilders but unfortunatelly during all their sport carrieer they participated only at the unofficial commercial shows which are not bodybuilding sport contest in real. What we are to list: „Tampa Pro“, „San Chose“, various „Classics“  etc... What is it looking from the piont of view of the Official Traditional Sport? Ask any Ministry of Sport of any Country and the answer is always the same – it is Nothing valuable. For example, winning lots of various „shows“  a great bodybuilder DENNIS JAMES has never been a Continental or World Champion, not Amateur and  neither Professional. How to characterize him in the World Bodybuilding History? Just to say he won a lot of the competitions that were not Official???

WORLD RANKING LIST POINT SYSTEM.

We evaluate participating Athletes by points: after every participation for the 1-st place the Amateurs get 8 points and the Professionals get 10 points. Then every place down makes one point less.

2014. BNS ESTONIA  PRESENTED WFF-WBBF EUROPE AM CHAMPIONSHIP.

Right before the coming 2014 WFF-WBBF Europe Championship (May 3-5, Tallinn, Estonia), President WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, Chairman Europe Championship and Estonia Reform Party Official ALEXEJ FILATOV (Aleksej Filatov) and Chairman WFF-WBBF Europe VLADIMIR KURILCIK and Chairman WFF-WBBF Europe Model Fitness Division VALENTINA KOZLOVSKAJA took part at wide International WFF-WBBF Press Conference organized by Estonia News Agency „Baltic News Service“.

INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT SPEAKS ON ESTONIA BODYBUILDING.

Presenting the WFF-WBBF activities President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS underlined, that the Federation today unites 115 Country-Members and holds over 60 International Events every year.

During the last 30 years WFF-WBBF International studies all International Bodybuilding Organizations from the point of view of Law.

President WFF-WBBF International DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  spoke on the contemporary situation of bodybuilding sport in Estonia. First of all from the piont of view of the official  Law as well.

Today there are three Estonia National Organizations, that represent bodybuilding in the Country. Frist on is IFBB Estonia, which is a part of the Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA  IFBB Commercial Company. Another one is NAC Estonia, which is a part of the National German NAC and this is a very clumsy thing from the point of view of Law. Third one is WFF-WBBF Estonia, National no profit organization.

ESTONIA BODYBUILDING. ANALYTICAL REVUE.

INNAR MARDO – THE HEART OF ESTONIA BODYBUILDING.

During the long lasting history of Estonia bodybuilding there were no more so High Bodybuilding Personalities, so skilled organizers and trainers as INNAR MARDO.

INNAR MARDO  started his International activities with the prestigeous „Georg Tenno Memorial“ competitions. During his life he became very Professional in this sport. Together with the contemporary President of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Federation DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS, INNAR MARDO was for many years in contact with all main World‘s Bodybuilding Leaders such as BEN WEIDER, OSCAR HEIDENSTAM, SERGE NUBRET.

AMBER PRIX INTERNATIONAL.

Representing Estonia for many years INNAR MARDO was the Head of all National Teams to the World‘s Oldest Tradinional Bodybuilding Contest – the „Amber Prix International“ (1968-2013).

During the twenty years of  prohibition and prosecution of  Bodybuilding Sport in the Socialist Countries and the USSR, the „Amber Prix International“ (evey year organized in Klaipeda, Lithuania) was the unofficial World Bodybuilding Championship of the Socialist Countries and the Bodybuilding Championship of the USSR (see in various languages more information on the International Internet Site www.wff.lt  main page and forum topics „World Bodybuilding History. How it was in real“ and also in the Official WFF-WBBF International Magazine „Sport of Fitness and Bodybuilding“, Issues No. 28,33,34).

FIRST PARTICIPATIONS ABROAD.

For the 20 years of bodybuiding prohibition and prosecution in the Socialist Countries and the USSR bodybuilding contests were organized very hard and Always not regularly. The only one exception was „Amber Prix International“. Bodybuilders could only dream to participate at bodybuilding contests abroad. Again DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS  took the initiative. Working for the coming mutual International Event in Czechoslovakia, DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS communicated with the President National Bodybuilding Federation Czechoslovakia VOJTECH FIALA, the organizers Professor FRANTISEK BULVA, IVEN MACH, IVAN KOLOUCH.

Finally DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS reached the aim – the official invitations and permitions were received and the top USSR bodybuilders could go to compete in Czechoslovakia. Working on this Project DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS took part in two Congresses of the Council National Bodybuilding Federation Czechoslovakia (1977, Brno, Bratislava), visited the Camp of the National Bodybuilding Team Czechoslovakia, had meetings with the publishers of the Czechoslovakia Sport Magazine „Trener“ JOSEF MAZAK  and  MILAN PERDOCH. But it happened as it happens very often – a number  of the USSR bodybuilding leaders started inner fighting and this ruined the USSR-Czechoslovakia Project so hard developed by DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS and National Bodybuilding Federation Czechoslovakia.

Then DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS gave his preliminary work done to INNAR MARDO.  Using personal contacts of DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS Estonia made the first step abroad and participated at the International Bodybuilding Contest in Poland. OLEV ANNUS  was the Over All Winner again and this attracted attention to the Soviet Bodybuilding and participating Athletes very much. Estonians received a number of new invitations to participate at the International Events in the Socialist Countries. Then led by INNRA MARDO  Estonians OLEV ANNUS  and INDREK OTSUS (also the Champion of the „Amber Prix International“) were the Winners again.

Later on when times of the „Gorbachov perestrojka“ came many other Estonia bodybuilding teams managed to participate at the International Events abroad. These Estonia bodybuilding teams were led by PRANAS MICKEVICIUS  and  PAVEL KOSENKO.

HEPLING ESTONIANS.

In 1989 DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS for several months was working in Tallinn. This year Estonia bodybuilding was going down and nobody wanted to organize any competitions.

Supporting the Estonians DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS spoke with INDREK OTSUS  and pressed him to take the initiative to organize „Georg Tenno Memorial“. DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS invited bodybuilding teams of the surrounding countries and the contest was successfuly organized.

NATIONAL FEDERATION WFF-WBBF ESTONIA.

Ending the nineties of the last Century INNAR MARDO  was very active in the work of the WFF-WBBF International. At that time the National federation WFF-WBBF Estonia was set and registered officially. INNAR MARDO  was the first President of the National Federation WFF-WBBF Estonia.

In 2001 INNAR MARDO  was one of the main organizers of the WFF-WBBF Europe Championship in the capital Estonia City of Tallinn.

After unexpectidly early INNAR MARDO  passed away the Estonians use to organize anual „Innar Mardo Memorial“ Contest.

During the last period of time the Presidents of the National Federation WFF-WBBF Estonia were a number of known bodybuilders and organizers:  INNAR MARDO (1998-2001 m.), PAVEL KOSENKO (2001-2008 m.), IGOR ODNENKO (2008), ALEKSANDR SEVCOV (after 2009 m.).

In 2009 National Federation WFF-WBBF Estonia organized the WFF-WBBF Amateur World Championship in Tallinn. No other International bodybuilding contest in Estonia sport history had never been so high in the level of organization, level of the athletes, number of the participating countires.

During the last period one of Estonia Reform Party Leaders ALEKSEJ FILATOV works very muchfor the country bodybuilding.

HIGHEST OFFICIAL MEETINGS.

Developing bodybuilding sport in Estonia a number of important official meetings were made.

In 2008 Intrenational President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS took part at the official meeting at the Estonia National Olympic Committee and discussed sport problems with the General Secretary NOC Estonia TOOMAS TONISE.

In 2009 Intrenational President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS took part at the official meeting with Estonia Reform Party (Reformierakond) Leaders at the Estonia Parliament (Riigikogu).  

Also  in 2009 Intrenational President WFF-WBBF DSc. EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS took part at the official meeting at the Ministry of Culture Republic Estonia where discussed sport matters with the vice minister TONU SEIL who was responsible for the sport in Estonia.

ESTONIA GREATEST INTERNATIONAL EVENTS EVER.

During the history of Estonia bodybuilding three great International Events were organized. That were Amateur World Championships (WFF-WBBF in 2009 and IFBB in 2010) and WFF-WBBF Amateur Europe Championship (2001).

ESTONIANS – WORLD BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONS.

During the history of Estonia bodybuilding a number of Estonians became World Amateur Champions. That were OLEV ANNUS (1992, NABBA), MAREK KALMUS (2005,WFF-WBBF), ALEKSANDR SEVCOV (2009, Over All WFF-WBBF World Champion), OTT KIIVIKAS (2010, IFBB).

The only one of Estonia bodybuilders ALEKSANDR SEVCOV became the WFF-WBBF Professional World Champion (2010).

BODYBUILDERS DO NOT UNDERSTAND IFBB POLITICS.

Not long ago NABBA (National Amateur Body Building Associoation) International copyed our articles and suggested it‘s members to study thoroughly interesting information that is published on the Official Site of the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International www.wff.lt .

BRAZIL JOURNALIST ASKS EXPLANATION.

Today WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation) International Headquarters received a letter from a Brazil Sport Journalist:

„Good day, I want to understand why the IFBB impose a law of their athletes not to compete or even be present in another competition that is not IFBB, can you help me with clear information? It would matter for my magazine column.

A famous Brazil Bodybuilder Over All World Am Champion (2011) and Champion of the „Arnold Classic“  (2013) ALEX DOS ANJOS is punished and suspended by IFBB for a period of one year. In 2013 ALEX DOS ANJOS competed at the WFF-WBBF Brazil National Championship and now he is punnished.

Again WFF-WBBF International explains for our sport society  the basic IFBB matters:

BODYBUILDERS WANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT IFBB.

There is a big mess in the International Bodybuilding today. We see lots of International Federations but no one works for the sake of our sport to be recognized. Aiming for official support no one of those federations  is in dialogue with other International Organizations, Governmental and Social Institutions  of various countries.

USA bodybuilding lives it’s own isolated life and does not care of anything else. Manipulating between official and illegal sport the European bodybuilding suffers hard times. Australia, Asia and Africa have never  played  a noticeable role in the Global bodybuilding sport movement.

It seems today that uniting National Organizations from 107 Countries which represent all Continents, only the WFF-WBBF International cares for bodybuilding as official sport and makes real big efforts for the recognition of bodybuilding as sport even on the highest official level possible.

To have a good start on official level any International Federation must be registered by Law. It must have a registered Constitution and work on it’s basis.

Now we will speak of the IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) as it was very close to get the positive result until the real truth about the IFBB came to public. All of us learned, that the IFBB is not a sport federation, but a private property of few people and that the sportsmen of different countries have been fooled about this for decades...

We underline again and again: if the IFBB is so much unserious, then all other International Federations suffer still more legal juridical problems.

After 2009 IFBB  split, the International Vice President IFBB PAUL CHUA (Singapore) and President National Federation  IFBB Austria and Lower IFBB International ALEX BAUER presented for the WFF-WBBF (World Fitness Federation, World Body Building Federation)  International Headquarters over 600 IFBB juridical  documents and asked to publish them on forum of the International Internet Site www.wff.lt  . To study thoroughly so many documents takes a lot of time. We published some of them before, but after a lot of requests from bodybuilders of many countries we have studied them and published once again with our remarks and conclusions. We named the article: “ILLEGAL IFBB JURIDICAL, FINANCIAL, DOPING AND SPORT POLITIC AFFAIRS. DOCUMENTS”. Here below with some comments we will give a short revue of the IFBB documents.

STATEMENT 1.

IFBB HAS NEVER BEEN AN INTERNATIONAL SPORT FEDERATION.

According the juridical registration documents the IFBB legal status is of a private commercial company. As per documents presented by the USA Bodybuilding Legend DAN LURIE and Attorney of Law ADAM ATLAS the IFBB was registered in 1969 in Canada and it had three Canadian owners: BEN WEIDER, REIMOND CREPAULT and JAGUELINE ROY. As until 1969 the IFBB had no legal juridical registration, it’s legal official history starts only in 1969.

STATEMENT 2.

WHO IS BEHIND IFBB COMMERCIAL COMPANY TODAY.

The letter of ALEX BAUER  addressed to the contemporary Owner of the IFBB commercial company Spanish RAFAEL SANTONJA  proves, that 2004 - 2007 IFBB declarations for Canada (Quebec) Government were signed by DIANE GIROUX, KIM VU, LUC AUTET. These persons are not known to anybody of the bodybuilding world. Then who really rules the IFBB? Public information shows, that the Ownership of the IFBB Company has been moved from Canada to Spain (from BEN WEIDER  to RAFAEL SANTONJA),  but the IFBB official juridical address remained the same, the Canadian one. A very important IFBB juridical document of resigning of BEN WEIDER  and appointing RAFAEL SANTONJA  was signed by PAMELA KAGAN. How it could be? Who gave the power for PAMELA KAGAN  to do this? IFBB members were angry about the secret nomination of RAFAEL SANTONJA . IFBB members never discussed about this and finally they were facing the fact done. And again this was “a secret action”.

STATEMENT 3.

RAFAEL SANTONJA TRIES TO EXPLAIN THE CLUMSY SITUATION.

More and more questions appeared from the IFBB members to RAFAEL SANTONJA, who became the IFBB President in a very hard to explain way. IFBB members asked about the IFBB finances, activities, the difference from IFBB private Company in Canada and the IFBB private Company in Spain and a number of Spanish commercial firms belonging to RAFAEL SANTONJA. They asked why the IFBB International documents were without signatures, why everything was so secret form IFBB members. Then RAFAEL SANTONJA  tried to explain the situation to the General Secretary and Lower IFBB International, President IFBB Austria ALEX BAUER. This explanation letter rised even more juridical and financial questions.

STATEMENT 4.

IFBB/EFBB ILLEGAL FINANCIAL DEALS. LET US KNOW THE TRUTH.

After the Vice President IFBB SERGE NUBRET  was thrown out of the IFBB (1974) and after nearly all IFBB Pro Bodybuilders with VINCE MAC MACHON  made a revolution in the IFBB (1990), for decades everything was well in the IFBB. Until the President IFBB Austria ALEX BAUER became one of the IFBB leaders and the IFBB Lower.  ALEX BAUER  was one of the three subjects who set the new IFBB federation in 2007. Seeing dirty affairs done behind his back, affairs for which he could be punished by Law, ALEX BAUER  asked RAFAEL SANTONJA to present him a number of the juridical and financial IFBB/EFBB documents. He underlined, that after 25 years of his service to IFBB federation he finally learned it does not exist. The real is only private IFBB commercial company of BEN WEIDER  in Canada. IFBB officials elected at the International Congress have no juridical power as the federation is illegal. Also they are null in the private commercial company of IFBB. The IFBB federation that is advertised on Internet Site www.ifbb.com – does not exist in real. The real name is another one. IFBB and EFBB being not registered in a proper juridical way means illegal and of no value Contracts, illegal collected money payments and fees, illegal work payments and escaping to pay taxes. IFBB/EFBB  finances are in total disorder and chaos and it is impossible to get the truth among lots of legal and illegal accounts which are hidden from the IFBB/EFBB members.

ALEX BAUER  was angry with the fact that RAFAEL SANTONJA  took 100 000 dollars that were given for the federation. The money did not reach IFBB and disappeared… the 2002 IFBB/EFBB International Congress in Minsk (Belarus) decided that the federation’s money can not go to the accounts of RAFAEL SANTONJA’s private commercial companies, but it goes… ALEX BAUER  found out that IFBB is not registered and it is not existing in Spain. Then how the IFBB money can be used for the IFBB when there is no IFBB at all???

ALEX BAUER  scrutinized the financial and juridical situation and made the  schemes how RAFAEL SANTONJA  uses to take the money from the IFBB/EFBB accounts to his private commercial companies.

Having no definite answer from RAFAEL SANTONJA  ALEX BAUER  started informing IFBB members of the situation and the war started.  The long working IFBB members, who dared to open their mouths, were forced to leave the IFBB. Finally the IFBB split in 2009.

STATEMENT 5.

IFBB REGULARLY VIOLATES WADA RULES. DOPING COURT TRIALS FOR ONE OF THE INTERNATIONAL IFBB LEADERS.

During the last twenty years owners of the IFBB commercial company declare their priorities over other federations due to the IFBB Anti Doping Contract with WADA. It irritates other federations, which know the IFBB real situation to be very different from that in their declarations. That were main reasons, that IOC refused to recognize and support IFBB. It was the reason, that the „World Games“ and „Asia Games“ „deleted“ IFBB from their members.

The documents show that among suspected to manipulate with doping cases is the wife of RAFAEL SANTONJA. There were happenings when at the IFBB contests  total National Teams were caught using doping (for example, Russia, Czech). National Bodybuilding Team Egypt is the real World‘s „doping leader“. Though it has constant doping problems, the IFBB always praise this federation. Last case was in Thailand, when 8 of 9 Egypt bodybuilders left the contest for this reason. IFBB neglects Anti Doping rules and WADA Code as often there is no doping control at IFBB competitions, including the highest level events.

IFBB was accused  taking 30 doping tests and presenting for WADA only 15; hiding doping control results from IFBB members and International sport society; giving minimal simbolic punnishment for the selected athletes, who have received „live“ disqualification for multiple positive doping results;  hiding a number of cases, when IFBB  young sportsmen were dead.

It could be a good example to underline the questions discussed through one of the closest co-workers of RAFAEL SANTONJA, a High International IFBB Officer and the National President IFBB Poland PAWEL FILEBORN.

PAWEL FILEBORN  was in under long lasting Polish court trial. A number of   well known Polish sportsmen accuse PAWEL FILEBORN  for 1 000 US dollars selling  bodybuilders definite „doping usage“ programmes and for  10 000 US dollars offering the sportsmen, caught positive during the doping tests, the way to escape the punnishments.

STATEMENT 6.

FORGET THE CONSTITUTION. STANISLAV PESAT STANDS AGAINST RAFAEL SANTONJA.

Once when the total National Team IFBB Czech Republic was accused using doping and that was accepted as a fact, then due to this reason the President IFBB Czech Republic STANISLAV PESAT  was made to leave his post.

Organized in 2000 the IFBB European Federation (EFBB) was very passive and did not work in real. Being one of the EFBB founders and seeing that RAFAEL SANTONJA lost his ability to define interests of both IFBB and EFBB, STANISLAV PESAT dared to candidate for the EFBB President’s position.

When STANISLAV PESAT stood against RAFAEL SANTONJA, the IFBB democracy was forgotten in a minute. The nomination of  STANISLAV PESAT was turned down by RAFAEL SANTONJA, who without any discussions left for himself both highest positions in IFBB and EFBB. What democracy and what elections you want in a private commercial company that IFBB is? IFBB acts under the Constitution of the IFBB commercial company, not under the virtual unregistered Constitution that is presented for bodybuilders.

Statement 7.

IFBB IS A COMMERCIAL COMPANY, NOT SPORT FEDERATION. OPPONENTS PROVED THIS IN LONDON’S COURT.

IFBB being a corporate commercial enterprise ruins all long lasting image not only of this virtual  “federation”, but it makes a deadly strike for all bodybuilding sport in general.  What serious organizations, Governmental Institutions, Sport Ministries of various countries can speak with IFBB on serious questions? No one!

When in 2009 the IFBB members learned the truth about the IFBB, all national Federations of the IFBB and all World’s Sport Society was in shock. Then due to inner fighting the IFBB split and many National Federations left it. The IFBB Chairmen did not wanted to speak with the IFBB members and he has chosen the way of IFBB being split.

And even after split IFBB continued fooling the International Sport Society and went on with lies. For example IFBB presented for public 30 participating countries at the IFBB Asia Championship in India. In real there were only seven. They have given the names of participants when these participants never visited India. Also there was again no doping control at this IFBB International Event and again IFBB Anti Doping rules and WADA Code were violated. The same situation is with the 2011 IFBB World Championship in Estonia. Now there is quite a big national scandal.

NoIFBB members speak and most prefer to keep silence.

In USA IFBB Pro MILOS SARCEV  gave the truth information on his personal site. But the former Asia IFBB federation, uniting 38 countries, is thankful to see the IFBB information in different languages on the International Bodybuilding site www.wff.lt (read forum).

Having more time we will publish the IFBB documents that were sent to the President WFF-WBBF International EDMUNDAS DAUBARAS by a close friend of RAFAEL SANTONJA Vice President IFBB Spain HOSE PARDO HIDALGO  and the former BEN WEIDER  assistant  and also the IFBB Vice President and the Owner of  WABBA and a famous bodybuilder SERGE NUBRET.
